How Does Creatrix® Transformology® Work?

In this previous blog, I shared what Creatrix® Transformology® is.

To recap, Creatrix® was designed with one specific observation at its foundation: existing personal development tools, including therapy, coaching, and most self-help methodologies, were developed using research predominantly based on the male experience. And while these approaches work well for some things, for the type of deep, recurring, emotional patterns that women carry, they often fall short. Creatrix® was built specifically for the female brain to get to the root.

Transformology® is the complete body of knowledge and science that supports the safe delivery of Creatrix®. It takes into consideration the systemology, methodology, ecology and psychology of all that is required for a woman to release the perceptions and problems in her world that hold her back.

A Transformologist® is a licensed facilitator of Creatrix®.

It was developed after more than 13,000 hours of research into the female psyche by founder of the Un-Institute of Women, Maz Schirmer.

What makes Creatrix® different?

There are a few things that distinguish Creatrix® Transformology® from most other approaches, and they matter.

In Creatrix®, you do not retell the story.

This is important for two reasons. Retelling the story of the painful event re-activates the emotional memory, which retraumatises rather than releases. It's exhausting, and it doesn't release anything. In fact, having to go over and over the past again is something that the women who seek out Creatrix® want to avoid - be it trauma, or just a chapter that they want to close - and so rather than exploring what we know can't be changed, we focus on the now, and the future.

Secondly, the story is not where the pattern lives. We've been told that dissecting the story reveals the answers. It doesn't. The pattern that fuels the current problem lives in the emotional signature formed at the time of the event. The science of epigenetics indicates that we can inherit multiple generations of trauma and unresolved patterns, and so the approach Creatrix® takes extends beyond your story and instead taps into the actual root of where the pattern formed.

That is what Creatrix® accesses.

The work is not done at the conscious, cognitive level.

It works at the subconscious level, where the patterns were formed, and the conscious level, at the same time.

Imagine two people sitting in a row boat, facing opposite directions.

One represents the conscious brain. Everything we are aware of. Talk therapy, positive self-talk, breathwork. These all require a conscious choice.

The other represents the unconscious mind. Everything we are unaware of. The inherited beliefs. The patterns running underneath our actions and reactions. The stress responses that fire before we've even had a thought.

Work with only one, and yes, that part gets stronger. But the two are still facing opposite directions. The boat doesn't move. The woman stays stuck.

Get both people to turn, face the same direction, and row together, and the boat moves. Momentum builds. Change happens without force.

This is why results from Creatrix® can happen significantly faster than traditional therapy. The whole brain is engaged.

Creatrix® results are designed to be lasting.

Not managed. Not better-than-before. Released. The pattern itself, the belief at the root, changes at the level it was formed. Most women describe the absence of the old charge as something almost physical. The thing that used to trigger them simply doesn't anymore. So while life itself may not change, the internal environment of the client does, which means she's more able to navigate and influence the world around her.

Who is Creatrix® for?

Creatrix® works best for women who have an identifiable pattern, belief, or emotional response they want to change. They don't need to know what the pattern is, just that there is a common denominator and it's no longer working for her.

It works best for recurring self-critical patterns, relationship dynamics that keep repeating, anxiety with no apparent present-day cause, the sense of being stuck despite doing significant personal development work, and any pattern that seems to come from somewhere older and deeper than the circumstances of adult life.

It is not crisis counselling. It is not therapy. It is not appropriate if someone is currently in an acute mental health crisis.

My own experience with Creatrix®

I have delivered more than 380 Creatrix® Resets across 13 years, and I spent 8 years working closely alongside Maz - training and supporting other facilitators in Creatrix®. Today, I am one of a small number of practitioners in the world working at this level of experience with this process.

But above all that, Creatrix® has been my go-to for my own healing, growth and evolution since 2012. Initially, I found my way to Creatrix® because I was an out-of-control mum with highly reactive emotions that didn't allow me to be the mum, wife and woman I wanted to be. My initial experience with Creatrix® literally saved the relationship I had with my kids when they were younger - we were able to create beautiful family memories, and I was able to enjoy them, without my previous reactions hijacking the moment.

Over the years, I've leaned into Creatrix® for every part of my life - professional development to become a strong leader, a successful business woman and someone who could feel genuine pride for the work I did.
Personally, it's helped me to accept each stage of my parenting journey with complete grace and allowance. As the kids have gotten older, I (like all parents), have faced different challenges that I previously couldn't have even imagined having to live through. And while there were moments that pulled me to my knees, it was the internal strength I'd developed through Creatrix® that helped me to get back up on my feet each and every time - stronger, more resilient and more capable than before.

Without being melodramatic, I can hand on heart tell you the Creatrix® has given me the greatest gift - which is being happy and content with ALL of who I am, at all times, regardless of what life throws at me. Self-Certainty in its truest form.

Although Creatrix® works for all women, it's also not for everyone.

It requires a woman who is ready to look at the pattern and willing to let it go. Not every woman is at that point. And that's fine.

But it also means that anyone considering Creatrix® must apply. There are criteria that needs to be met, in order to determine the outcome that you can expect. Working with a Transformologist® is like a short-term relationship and for it to be successful mutual respect and a willingness to 'go there' is crucial.

For those who are ready to explore what is possible, it starts with a conversation, and you're welcome to book one in with me here

Creatrix® FAQs

Is Creatrix® the same as therapy?

No. There's a time and place for every approach. Therapy is primarily talk-based and focused on processing. Creatrix® works at the subconscious level simultaneously with the conscious mind, and is focused on releasing.

Will I have to talk about what happened to me?

No. We'll get a basic idea about your background and what's been happening, but we won't be diving into it the way you expect because we know that the pattern we need to break isn't in your story. Our time is spent on breaking the cycle, not reliving the past.

Do I need to know what my pattern is before I start?

Absolutely not! You probably won't be able to work it out anyway, and that's completely normal. Ever heard the saying "self can't analyse self"? It means that even though you know your life better than anyone, you can't always see your own pattern clearly. You're too close to it.

Think of a time you vented to a friend and she cut straight to something you'd never considered. She could see it because she wasn't in it. Same principle applies here.

As women, our patterns are often layered, sitting well below the surface of what we can consciously access. As a Transformologist®, I'm trained to identify what's going on for you. You don't need to arrive with the answer.

How many sessions does it take?

It varies depending on the client. We're more focused on outcome than we are on conducting a set number of sessions. Most clients complete a reset within 5 x 2hr closed-eye sessions.

How long do the results last?

You can expect long term results. Let me give you a personal example.

I had my first Creatrix® Reset in 2012 because I felt angry and out of control all the time. (You can actually see a clip of me at the time here.) In the 14 years since, there have been plenty of moments that have triggered anger, but the difference is that it doesn't stay. Before Creatrix®, anger was just there, constantly, underneath everything, regardless of what was actually happening.

Now, if something triggers me (like my kids being kids and life being life), I'll feel it for as long as the moment lasts. When the moment passes, the anger goes with it.

That's what Creatrix® does. It won't stop you from having normal human emotional reactions. What it does is raise your self-awareness and emotional intelligence so you can move through it faster, and with a lot more grace.

Is it available online?

Yes. I work with women across Australia and globally online via Virtual Meeting rooms (like Zoom or Google Meet).

Is Creatrix® backed by research?

It was developed from 13,000+ hours of research by its founder, Maz Schirmer, into the female psyche, epigenetics, and how women process emotion. The process has since been recognised with multiple global awards, including the APAC 2023 Most Innovative Female Empowerment Program.

Is Creatrix® right for me?

It would be irresponsible of me to say yes without knowing your unique situation. There are several factors worth exploring, and the most important one isn't actually about Creatrix® at all.

It's about you.

Because here's what I know: Creatrix® works for women who are ready for it. So before asking "is Creatrix® right for me?", the more useful question is, "am I ready?"

Ask yourself this:

Is there a pattern, a feeling, or a way of responding to life that you are genuinely done with? Not just tired of. Done.

Are you over explaining it, analysing it, or waiting for circumstances to change so that it changes too?

Are you willing to try something different, even if you don't fully understand it yet?

Are you prepared to trust the process and the person guiding you through it?

When I came to Creatrix® in 2012, I wasn't just curious. I was done with being angry. Done with feeling so reactive all the time. Done with my past holding me captive in my future. I was prepared to surrender to my facilitator and let her lead. That readiness is what made it work.

If you're reading those questions and nodding, that's a strong indicator that yes, Creatrix® could absolutely be right for you. The next step is a conversation with me, so we can work out the rest together.
